Miscellaneous manuscripts, [1794?].

Letter to John Nicholson. Dated 22 November, with "1794" added in a different hand. Accompanied by a clipping from a dealer's catalog describing the letter; also accompanied by a later manuscript note suggesting that Joseph Wharton was probably the father of Robert Wharton (1754-1834), who was "many times mayor of Philadelphia."
